Patch Notes:
Per tooltip, Repentance restores 928 Health/Stamina on Live. On PTS, it is ... 928. I have 31,000 stamina and 9,000 magicka. Shouldn't I have seen a significant boost in what Repentance restores if it now scales off the higher of magicka or stamina?
* Repentance will also scale identically whether you have more Magicka or Stamina.
