pvp damage changes explained in 1.8 (emperial city)

Healing shields and damage is all getting reduced by 50%.
That being said healing and shields are already at 15% reduction. And damage is at 20% so that being said if you have a skill that hits for 5k it will NOT hit for 2.5k it will only be 30% less damage so if you do damage now that Being said shields and healing will be reduced from 15% to 50% so if ur healing for 10k it will now be alot alot less. Thats where champion points come in.
If anyone has any other changes that you can explain please feel free to do that.
Theres also alot of the patch notes we dont have as of yet so about 80% of the patch isnt even released yet

If you are rather cowardly getting the jump on someone who's on a horse and after getting knocked off (s)he kills you, that is entirely fair IMO.
Kill all the unskilled gankers.
Disabling the grass may improve performance.3 -
