Can't play with friends

So i log on. And my character is in the same pact as my friends.
I tell them to meet up they go there they are on the same server as well. I don't see them they don't see me. I check my friends list they don't come up. I check psn and it tells me there playing the game. I don't get whats happening. I can't plays with them yet friends who are in a totally different pact show up on my friends list. Also everything is normal. I just don't get why they arnt showing up in my friends list but they are added to my psn

ghostwise✭✭✭Get into a group together and go to the social tab. Everyone go to the group section and travel to the same player. You should all be phased into the same area now.
