Cold Harbour quest chain bugged - ETA on fix?

Working on the quest chain to get Cold Harbor unlocked and I have come to the Temple of Jode subquest. The Defend the Queen portion is bugged that enemy NPC's don't spawn. This means there is no Defend the Queen event. Can't complete the quest therefore I can't progress my character. Zone seems bugged and likely needs an instance flush and reset. I have reset the quest 3 times. I have done a full PS4 shutdown and relog. PS4 NA.

Have you already contact the support ? I know that you are frustrated about that but I think this is your only possible opportunity ! I also had some bugs during my sessions, but i could fix them with a shutdown and a reset.
