Guesses on most needed class for IC content ?

Just curious as rerolling and starting over (again :P) and with no fantasy mmo on the horizon for me it looks like ESO will be a long time home.

What I'm wondering is what the most needed class for folks who will be hanging out in IC a lot will be ? I enjoy PVP and PVE mixed the best , like helping others on the same faction very much , and was curious if full blown tanks , all out healers , mix of support or such will be in short supply ?

In other words not looking for who will do the most dps , gank the best etc (and no problems with that as its part of PVP ) , just wondering if I wanted to play a class that would be welcome and likely in short supply in the IC area , what's a likely candidate ?

Vamp Templar heal tank hybrids for the pve parts is my guess.
Sneaky NBs or Sorcs for killing players.

    My honest opinion:

Class will not matter. The larger group will, no matter what class. My assumption will be the city streets will be much too small for escape plans and odds are you can be easily flanked on either side of the street. The group that uses strategy such as one half go one way while the other attack from the rear will be the winner no matter who is in the group.

With the system for the tokens, nightblades will have it best. Dark cloak cannot be detected and you'll be able to run for days if you're a vampire with the upcoming fire damage reduction.

    NB master class incoming.

And vamp-counter classes with magelight morph that counters surprise attacks.

imho stamina classes using camo (evil?) hunter for huge AoE and anti-daedra single-target dps, combined with a decently size group for pvp encounters.
