Hey all,

A few days back I sent in a ticket explaining an issue I've been having with the Mages Guild Quests. I am currently a level 23 dark elf sorcerer and am part of the Ebonheart Pact. I started the Mages guild questline when I was a much lower level (<10) and completed the quest Long Lost Lore quest in the Mages guild questline. Somehow, I think I did this quest without actually joining the Mages guild itself because just recently I completed Rudrasa's invitation and officially "joined" the Mages guild. Now, I am level 2 in the Mages guild but Valaste wont appear in the Mournhold Mages guild nor will Arch-Mage Shalidor appear in any of the other Mages guilds to give me the next quest in the line ("Simply Misplaced"). Therefore, I am unable to continue in the Mages guild questline.

The previous ticket recommended letting my character go into a new phase which involved staying logged out for more than a full five minutes. I have since then logged out overnight, however when I returned in the morning I'm still dealt with the same issue. Is there any way that my questline with the Mages guild can be reset or something of that nature? Has anybody else experienced anything with this quest? Any response is appreciated!
