Progression loss
When the servers were turned off today I lost all of today's progression, including achievements, levels, quests(the entire bal foyen map) I literally had just finished this region and recieved the achievements for it right before you turned off your server! Now I log back in and I'm back in bal foyen without a single thing done!
I just feign brought this game and two months worth of your doc subscription! If this is going to be the very low standard of this game then I must ask for a refund and you can shove this bugged garbage where the sun don't shine! This is the most frustrating bulls@#t ever!

Seriously I don't even want to play anymore I'm not doing that map all over again, I was picking up everything I could and concentrating on levelling the crafting skills and now all of that is lost, I'm really not going to repeat that ordeal! I demand a refund for both the game and the dlc subscription payments!0

✭✭✭✭No, it isn't a standard for the game. It can happen occasionally, but I haven't experienced a rollback since last year right after launch. I advise you to give the game another chance and stick around. While I understand how frustrating losing your progression can be, Bal Foyen is a small location you can redo very quickly, especially now when you know where everything is.

I thought this was a support forum? The only other means of support was email which I also did.
I know it's a small area, but I did invest around 8 hours here mainly due to finding resources relentlessly and concentrating on my crafting skills, the quest line is rather small and doesn't worry me so much, what really hits a nerve for me was all the resource farming I did, there's no way I'm going to do that again!
As petty as it may seem, I'm done with this garbage game, I have many other games I wish to play that won't reset my progression.0 -

✭✭✭✭They won't go over the details of the refund in a public forum post. If a mod sees your thread, they can open a ticket for you or you can do it yourself. Might as well save the time. But yes, this forum section is definitely the place for reporting technical issues.
I'm sorry to hear this problem is so discouraging to you. I agree this kind of thing is unacceptable, I guess I grew a thicker skin dealing with various issues last year. The game is mostly fine now, perhaps there is a console-specific technical issue contributing to the likelyhood of rollbacks. I'd at least wait until a ZOS employee appears, they might be able to offer a satisfactory solution.Edited by Rosveen on 23 July 2015 09:300 -

sad to hear its ruined the enjoyment for you ... by the way, you don't want to rush to the end game grind, its worse than losing a day progression in my less than humble opinionEveryone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe.
