Prophet Never Appears

Ive been trying to create a new templar character on the ebonhart pact, but no matter how long I wait, recreate the character, relog or whatver, the prophet never appears.

OzJohnD✭✭✭✭where are you expecting him to appear ?The starter tutorial quests have changed, he no longer appears in the cell of the first scene in ColdHarbor, if that is where you expect him to appear. Just approach the door and Lyris will break open the door for you from the outside.Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe.
