Stamina bug in PS4

There's a bug your stamina slowly drops to zero and you can't use spells within the period.
I've recorded a video, that shows 3 bugs in 3 minutes, stamina bug at 0:30, action bar locked at 2:00 and 2:50

Most of my guild mate are having the same issue in PVP and PVE

action bars sometimes lock with lagEveryone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.

vichoi✭✭✭At 0:30 the stamina slowly drop after I hitted by meteor, I cannot use abilities until the stamina empty, once it empty I can cast hardern ward, and I'm almost dead. You can see I'm walking and jumping because nothing else I can do.0
