Fix healing through walls!

Nothing in this game is more aggravating then trying to do a bridge fight between alessia and sejanus . You get groups that set up dps on the second floor of the tower and healers on the top floor. You cant kill anyone even when they are being zerged cause heals like Bol go right through the damn floor and walls. Oh and this aggravation is also seen when fighting in the towers of keeps. K thanks for fixing this Eric, i really think this will improve the gameplay.

Please no more LoS checks on abilities. This is part of why Cyrodiil lags like crazy.

I can deal with people healing through walls if it doesn't mean I'm playing a slideshow.

I don't see a problem with it.. Plus as has been said before: one more LoS check and might as well change eso.exe to eso.pptx

You want to take away our last templar-speciality, after 1.6 'killed' some of our best 3 spells? (radiant aura, blinding flashes, blazing shield)

What if they made this game perfect, would you still agree that heals should go through walls? when my damage abilities dont. i only say this because it is not balanced.

edit: oh and heals should take some skill.
