i did eveyrhing i could even redownloaded the entire game and still your voice chat keeps telling me its unavailable and i should go to help.elderscrolls.com to find information about it. there's NOTHING about voice chat on that page.
support told me i should talk to sony, though every other game with an ingame voice chat is working fine. except yours....

maybe check the settings in ya ps4 for voice i got some problems with it too sometimes... lol0

what settings are u specifically talking about?
shouldnt they have developed their game in such a manner that its capable of detecting any "configuartion" problems? i mean its running right on that system where those failures are happening. and "voice chat is unavailable" is a rly far stretched error message in my opinion.0 -
to everyone having problems with the voice chat, i now finaly have the ultimate solution from zos support!!
Press the [Options] button to open the options menu.
Press [Triangle] or select Social from the options menu to open the Voice Chat menu.
Select the appropriate channel and press [Square] to leave it, or [X] to join.
