Booted from Cyrodiil (ps4, EU)

Hey everyone

I keep getting booted from cyrodiil mainly around high conflict areas so taking and defending keeps

Super frustrating as I log back in for everything to freeze except my character to stand around for about a minute then get booted again

I'm from Australia so a certain amount of lag is expected but this is ridiculous.

Pve works pretty much perfectly this only happens to me in cyrodiil

I want to know if there's anything I can do to resolve this, Iv tried plugging my ps4 to an Ethernet cable but it hasn't changed anything

This is the only game Iv had any problems like this

Same here as a Aussie player, this issue happened after PC update 1.6.
Contacted ZOS support but the problem couldn't be fixed.
What I guess is this game very sensitive to lag, for player in America it may be a second of lag but it'll be freeze and crash for Oceanic players.
I've been playing this game more than a year in PC and now on pS4, the time I'm trying to make the game works is longer than the acual playing hours.
I love this game and I'm not going to give up so easily, just hope ZOS will come up with a solution some day.

I have the same problem in cyrodiil. I get a internet connection error, but its fine as I'm still chatting away to guild members, as the freeze game aborts to an eos disconnect. I use it as a coffee break. Sadly I no longer recommend this game because of the problem. No issues with PVE at all. I hoping its just teething problems with ps4 as I love this game.
