Is there an addon somewhere that tells you when you are immune to Stuns? If not, would it be possible to make one ?

Atropos✭✭✭✭As a standalone feature, no, sorry. It's of course possible, but its currently designed to mesh neatly with the overall aesthetic of buffs/debuffs presentation in FTC.
