That breakfast looks very nice actually.

My father, now retired, has a fried breakfast (bacon, scrambled egg and fried slice) twice a week, every Wednesday and Saturday: it's perhaps the closest thing he has to a religious observance to be honest. Locally people from my village were often, deparangely, called "bacon eaters" because there used to be loads of pig farms around the area.

My grandfather lived to be 94. He smoked 60-80 a day for most of his adult life. When he was 92 he went to the Dr to ask if he needed to change his diet / habits: he still had a fried breakfast every morning, smoked 20 a day at that point and a cigar in the evening, and drank whiskey every night. His Dr said "Well, you clearly enjoy what you are doing and you are 93 - it'd be pointless to change anything now, and I'd be lying if I told you that changing anything would extend your life at this point". He died about 9 months later, but I rarely saw him without a smile on his face.

Raisins with rice? Never seen that before.

My mother always adds raisins to her curry, has done for 50 odd years. As it is something I grew up with it seems totally normal to me now. I've had raisins in rice a few times as well.

If it works like enchanting, you can just get a different character to make them too.

or, if you are levelling up a character and he/she will be your blacksmithing toon, then whilst grinding just de-construct everything. By the time you are v1 you should be most of the way there. The crazy thing is, though, like with woodworking and clothing, it's the research that is actually the one thing that takes bloody ages to do, and there is no way to fast track it.

In addition to having another alt make daggers for your smith to deconstruct, make those daggers high level. The best gains are made if you have a low level character leveling up Blacksmithing (or any craft) while being "funneled" all the metal items gained through play by higher level alts. Veteran level items are best. Likewise made items of significantly higher rank than the alt leveling up will speed things up. Quality of item also helps. A green item will give more inspiration then an unimproved item and blue will give more then green, etc.

I have a vr14 character that funnels all the items he gains to 6 other characters (alts), all between level 26 and 46. All of them have gotten to crafting skills in wood/metal/cloth in the mid 40's with enchanting going slower (mid to high 30's). Time frame for 6 alts each with 3 skills, all to mid 40's was 4 to 6 weeks. Mind you that is with stuff spread out, without making daggers, and in no rush. Concentrated on a single character and it could be done in much less then a week.

I should say that I play daily and usually at least 2 or more hours a day (sometimes more like 6 or even 8 hours a day) so your mileage may very, but the principles are the same.

Provisioner and Alchemy skills are much easier assuming you have gathered the materials needed (less than an hour to 50th).

    Hope this is helpful

Those final Nirnhoned Traits seem to take for ever.....

Even with the ESO+ bonus 27 days per item is crazy!!

Mind you suppose it gives you time to save up to buy the items to deconstruct......

When my present items finish, I'll be able to set the very last lot going. :)

@MissBizz, kind of an afterthought, yes. I'm stuck waiting for my researches to finish, so I thought of leveling everything, even all the skills, to the maximum. The only downside is that Dual Wield, Two Hand, and One Hand and Shield are only level 5.

Ouch, get yourself some nice shiny upgraded training weapons for that one! Going to be a long haul I imagine. Best of luck!

My v2 loves to grab everything from weapon racks; but even at that level, the "found" white weapons only grant about 300 inspiration - however when he improves them to green before passing them along, they grant about 3400-3700 inspiration; so if you can afford the tempers, it's worth it.

Aye, I am over-weight (actually I'm about 2 feet shorter than I should be) and used to drink like a fish. Still eat butter, because if you push the NHS specialists they'll admit that butter is healthier than the low-fat margarines that have Hydrogenated Vegetable Oils in them. Note, no nation on earth has ever tried to ban butter from the human food chain, at least two have tried to ban HVO.

A good many years back I very badly dislocated my left shoulder, and unbeknown to me (or my doctors) at the time it slightly damaged the nerves that run down the left side of the chest to the heart. Anyway, some some years later I experienced all of the symptoms of a heart-attack except the crushing pain. Was rushed to A&E and had all the tests, and was given the all-clear, I had not had a heart-attack. A week later I was back in with the same symptoms, with the same outcome. After having presented to A&E seven times in nine weeks, all with symptoms that that first-responder paramedics were 100% convinced were very significant heart-attacks they sent me off for some tests. The treadmill cardio-endurance test; they measure your resting heart rate, put you on a treadmill and get you running, uphill, until your heart rate is double that of your resting rate, and then you maintain that for 5 mins; and if there is a problem with the the heart this test will reveal it 99% of the time - so much so that they have a crash-cart and resus team in the room with you while doing the test. Let me tell you I was shattered. But no issues with my heart. Then I had several ECG, and a two ultra-sound scans. The upshot was that the cardio specialist was gob-smacked, and insisted that it was a borderline miracle that my heart was in the condition it was - effectively perfectly healthy. At the time I was 37 years old, about 21 stone, 6ft 3 inches tall and had spent most of my working life in high intensity manual handling jobs. My blood pressure was textbook, so was my cholesterol and blood sugar. As of the last set of tests I had 20 odd months ago (now 45 years old) they still were.

After all that they sent to me for more tests to figure things out with my heart they discovered the damage to the nerves heading to my heart. So even though all the tests show my heart is in pretty good nick, if I experience the symptoms at any time I am to call a ambulance because this time might be the real time; but in all honesty I don't - I give it 10 - 15 mins if it settles down it was the nerve signals getting mixed up, if it doesn't (and it always has) then I'll ring the ambulance.
