Vampire skill perk not working and csrs ignoring me about it

I have submitted two tickets in a weeks time span and have yet to hear feedback or a fix for unnatrual resistance perk. Am i the only vampire on consoles this wont work for? I even reset my skills at a costly 5k gold to respec it to no avail. It does not show up as active in my character window tab and at stage four still have 75% slower health regen not 50% like it should be.... Some one who can fix this please respond if possible, this is getting frustrating.

./bump wondering if zos cares about their payong and non paying customers.. Its kinda sad i have been sitting on my tickets i submitted this long with no csr response

Are you even sure the ability isn't working? It would seem more likely that the status text on character screen isn't modified than the passive not working entirely. If that's the case, I'd probably agree it should update, but it's not gamebreaking, and definitely not worth getting worked up to the point of rablerablerable.

Im 100% sure its not working and im not getting worked up im just stating how crappy their support/help is when you submit a ticket and 2 weeks later still no feed back from a csr... Im starting to doubt they exist and being that im paying them money it seems dumb to me as a consumer when it feels like we as players dont matter... Every other mmorpgs i have played you hear back withen a day or less even if its a bs response.... You at least hear something back.

It just gets frustrating

Well i got a response back finnaly that had nothing to do with my problem at all but my last ticket was 150704-004577
