I have the imperial edition but absolutely none of the content that came with it. After a month of being ignored or emails telling me I have to prove I have the game, I am wondering if anyone has a solution so I can actually start playing the game with ALL the content that I paid for?

NotSo✭✭✭✭There are a lot of these complaints being posted but nobody really comes back if they've found a solution or zos rectified the problem.
The best thing (I think) you can do is open up the receipt on either your account settings (pc) or ps store/xbox shop (console) and send the receipt number to zos. Or take a picture with a phone and fax that in.
I suppose this is worth mentioning. If you run your system in standby mode, instead of shutting down, you can really mess up a lot of instance resets with internet and installed software. So if you haven't tried a full shutdown yet, please do. I leave my ps4 in standby mode (power save mode) all the time and mishaps are commonplace. Granted, I own ESO on pc, many of my ps4 games can't standby mode on account of the standby mode being patched into the ps while a lot of developers didn't take that change into account, thus funky business happens.Edited by NotSo on 5 July 2015 15:17Gar'Sol the Wanderer VR14 Khajiit Sorcerer Spellblade0 -

No solution yet im still waiting on imperial edition bonuses about 5500 crowns and eso plus. I might as well have got the standard edition0 -
