Where is rajhin's mantle ?

tomb16_ESO125
I can't locate rajhin's mantle anywhere in the dig site and any cave I enter seems to be the wrong one. I have the other two subquests already so not about to abandon it. A map would be very useful

that quest's requirement is actually that you need to do the quest you will find in that location, that also stupid enough is several lvl's higher too. been awhile since i did it so cant remember the name, but when you get it you see the rajhin's mantle mentioned in it.

The quest referred to above is "The Lasting Winter." You get the Mantle from the end of that quest.

As mentioned above, in order to complete the level 19 quest "Fit To Rule", you first need to complete the level 23 quest "The Lasting Winter" given by Githiril at the Falinesti Winter Site, up to the point where
you have killed General Endare. Using the General's corpse should then grant you the mantle.
The general has the mantle on. But how do you kill/beat her?

    Easiest way:
    1) Without killing either one, take both copies down to perhaps 5% health. Easiest way is to freeze one using Nairume's ability, and whale on the other, then switch targets once that one gets down to about 5%. Beware of any of your summons, damage-over-time attacks, damage-reflection, etc that might kill either one before you have time to complete the next steps.
    2) Wait for any existing frozenness to wear out, before you hurt them any further: you're gong to need the full duration of the freeze spell.
    3) Freeze one of them.
    4) Kill the unfrozen one and then the frozen one: you must kill both in less time than it takes the frozen one to thaw out, and to summon a replacement.

You cannot freeze her (nor interrupt using any other method) while she casts the spell, so save your spells and don't bother trying.
