Ideas on Buffs, No Nerfs

So instead of talking about other nerfs people want because of a skill or style of play they prefer was nerfed, lets talk about buffs.

1. With the recent changes to cloak, AOE attack radii should be increased.

2. The loss of stamina regen for shields is a hit to our tanking brethren, to mitigate this the physical resistance cap along with enchantment effectiveness should be increased.

3. They should decrease the increase of Bolt Escapes use to match that of Dodging and adjust from there as needed. I Personally agree with the idea behind the method I just believe the numbers are a little to high for Bolt Escape with a trial phase.

What are your buff suggestions?

Thoughts?

Also what are peoples thoughts on bringing back soft caps? I personally believe that the reintroduction of soft caps would be beneficial.

    Well as far as tanking goes, it seems like we are going to need a secondary tank to allow main tank to recharge.
    Streak/BoL should have been nerfed by cutting down the distance traveled per cast instead of cost.
    I kind of like the nerf to dodging.
    Don't know what the changes were to cloak or aoe.

    Softcaps would be good to have again but I'd also like to be able to stack certain buffs, specifically speed (heavily biased)

    1st no wont need a back up tank people are over reacting to this no stam regen while blocking.

    2nd This should of happened a long time ago like not cost more but fixes ingeneral it was way to powerful.

    3rd Yes just simply yes.

    4th The changes from what I understand cloak will only be broke if found or by AoE attacks single attacks will no longer break it like say you're charging up a heavy attack and they use it instead of you hitting them like you would you won't know. So alot of players are gonna be re-rolling NB now cause cloak is gonna be new i win button with being able to stealth ASAP and spam ambush and do the rise repeat cycle with fear now.

    Now ones I like is battle roar for DKs. What they said is that the change is that it will scale off all 3 attributes now instead of just magicka thus it will heal each attribute either more or less depending on how many points you have in each attribute. So more health points means more health would be recovered when you use a ultimate and vise versa with magic and stamina.

Not that hard, hell i do timed blocks all the time in pvp and if you pve'ers cant figure out the boss attack rotation, you must be blind or something cause i guarantee its not even close to as difficult as Dark Souls even with this change.

    Depends on your latency. Reaction time is key. Imho this is bs... The one good thing heavy armor had (blocking) is getting nerfed.

    Have you tanked Mantikora? How about Serpent? How about the axes in AA? Do all that and then tell PvE tanks to learn how to time their blocks. Have you SEEN the numbers the Mantikora hits for? I normally agree with most things you say, but this is just an ignorant statement.

    1. Disagree with this, there's already enough ways of countering cloak and rendering it useless.

    2. The physical resistance cap is not the problem, the problem is that you can never even reach it, there's just no way to stack enough armor to reach the current cap, and if you try you will sacrifice everything just for a few extra %'s of physical mitigation. My suggestion is to simply increase the armor value of heavy armor equipment.

    3. Bolt Escape is much more powerful than dodge roll, if dodge roll gets a 33% stacking penalty, then Bolt Escape having a 50% one seems perfectly fair.

    Softcaps have always been a bad idea, they severely limit build diversity, no reason to bring a bad thing back.

    Yes most people probably have played Dark Souls. Have you played ESO. to make such a ridiculous comparison?
    Dark Souls
    A single player/coop game with a very small scale pvp.Very few latency issues ,lag spikes etc
    Very clear telegraphs of attacks.
    Very clear uncluttered graphics most of the time letting you know very well what is happening.
    Medium to small scale fights.

    ESO.
    -An MMO with some pretty bad latency issues at time.
    -cluttered as hell graphics in most boss encounters. You can barely see anything from the mass of particle effects.
    -large chaotic dumb add phases.
    -many mechanics that do not involve clear telegraphs.
