Automatically join guilds?

So this morning out of no where, I found my self invited, promoted like 9 times and invited to go dump all my uselessness into the guild bank, The thing is tho, Ive NEVER tried to join a guild??
Is this how the games setup that if you get invited you automatically join that guild?
I guess i should be honored i was invited and promoted I do spend alot of time playing so thats cool i guess, But the thing is if the choice was taking away from me like that im not sure how i feel about that, Granted i can choose to leave if i want but if they can just re-invite you and force join or anyone can for that matter well then that needs to be addressed, Taking a choice out of a gamers hand is pretty serious imho.

AceVenturaXIISoul ShrivenThis happened to me as well. I was invited to join a guild, which I did.
A few days later I see I'm in 2 guilds. The second one of which I've never heard of and had no interest in joining. I wasn't promoted at all, I stead, I had limited acces. I could deposit but not withdraw from guild bank.
In any case, I was automatically inaugurated into a guild against my will.0 -
