Why can i not unlink my account from my PS4 ?

I tried to unlink my account from my PC as i linked it to the wrong account but it keeps asking me a security question that i dont remember and no support staff have come back to me since i logged the issue 4 days ago

Try submitting another ticket and explain in detail exactly what you want done, and why you can't do it. Next time though, try to remember to pick a question that you won't forget -- like your first kiss or school you went to, something like that.
