If they are the same item then put them in your bank and take them back out.

Although I never really had this issue. Things seem to stack well for me automatically.

There were some posts on this a while ago, I think clearing the Cache let you stack again. But I don't think you can do it right in the window, you have to deposit the items in the bank, then take them out again.

Having to use the personal bank to stack items is not a solution it is a work around to a ui element that was overlooked and needs to be fixed, and while they are at it they can add a similar function to the guild banks like we've asked for since launch. Spending hours manually stacking items for a large guild is just annoying, and a waste of time we could be spending playing the game. On pc we had our own addon to solve this issue called roomba, on console we are stuck with the base ui.
