Not all companies in the US have maximum data limits, just depends on what you have and your plan - i have unlimited.
But yeah the patch was ridiculous.
The crazy slow download of this huge patch has just annoyed already, very annoyed players of ESO. It was a huge fail and they should be apologising for it and compensating customers for not being able to play for 2 days. But no, they dont do that, they dont even acknowledge the issue.
One more incident like this and I will cancel ESO Plus and move onto another game - I have very nearly had enough of Zenimax's dire service to their customers AND their terrible ongoing launch problems with this game.
