Can anyone buy crowns on PS4?

I'm in the crown store and I'd like to purchase some crowns, however when I link to the playstation store nothing appears. Are we unable to purchase crowns yet?

when I'm in the PSN store on the computer I can see the 750 crowns pack and the ESO plus subscription. maybe exit the game to buy in PSN and then go back in the game and it'll get added like other things bought outside games

You can't exit and buy crowns not in game it says so on the main website for the game. Have to go to psn store from within the game and it is blank for me and a great many folks.

Just wanted to let you all know that we are aware of this issue, and are working on a fix. What you can try in the meantime is to visit the PlayStation dashboard, then choose Related Items from the ESOTU logo.

what if I bought crowns from there and never received them in game, but have been billed already?

I just bought the 5000 for $39.99 because it was the only option and I have not recieved them in game, but I HAVE been charged.

I can't even use the $25 crown card from Gamestop because it doesn't recognize the 10-digit code on the checkout screen.

You can not buy it directly from game, but if you go from dashboard or PSN you can buy 5500 Crowns for 40$.... wow.. what a price..

I subscribed via ESO plus (14.99) option. I have not received the crowns and have been billed. Is this something that takes time?

Just wanted to throw this in, if it's an issue of not working correctly.

I bought the ESO Plus from the PS Store and crowns from game.co.uk and they both appeared as soon as I logged out of the game and back in again

Hey everyone. We've found that if you're not seeing your crowns right away after your purchase, most users will receive their crowns within a day. If a day has passed and you still don't see your purchased crowns, please let us know.

I can see crown store in game, but when i try to purchase crowns from the playstaion@store and press x to access it, there is nothing on the screen, what should I do ?

same problem here, eso crown store>purchase crown,ps4 store opens up but nothing loads up.
also tried eso related items from console tab but it only shows screenshots and videoclips of my playtime.

im wondering if it is regional locked, players from america or europe can only purchase these, not for us from R3 region?please someone clarify this. i still want to buy mounts and pets and also eso plus.

I live in Thailand and i have the exact same problem.
What i've tried:
- Clicking purchase crowns in-game doesn't show anything
- Going to the PS Store from the PS4 dashboard doesn't show anything
- Going to related items, at the game on the PS4 dashboard, doesn't show the crowns products but only my screenshots
- Going to the PS store on a PC doesn't show the crowns products
- I wen't on the Sony chat, but they can't help me because they only have access to USA/Canada accounts and not Asian accounts. They told me to contact the Asia PlayStation support, so that's what i did and here's their reply:

Regarding your enquiry of the game The Elder Scrolls Online, after confirming with Bethesda, please kindly note that in-game store is under preparation. Please kindly wait. Thank you.

So hopefully we'll get crowns soon :-)

when i clicked buying crowns it mostly showed nothing but that was because i stood in a area with lotsa other player... it seems when pushing buying crowns ingame and with a lot of players around it will lag you in the game store page and will be showing nothing... so i find a nice quiet spot and did the buy option... then finally it showed up. sometimes when you buy something but you have to transfer money first to ya psn account it can take time... i had that once so next day i could buy it. this game is very sensative with crowded area's it seems, so best is too find a quiet spot and do you things trough the menu's of this games with buying and stuff or else.... well ye then you get transfer/buying problems.....
