I purchased the white mane horse through the crown store on xbox but haven't seen it once in game. Do I still have to buy the horse with gold in game to use it?

    Nope. Head to your menu and go to your collections tab. Select the horse. Then you will be able to use it

    I've tried. It shows the horse is selected with only the back and rename options.
