Imperial Edition explorers pack and Mara perks... in case you haven't found yours...

This message is for people as clueless as me... you know... us ADD types who never read direction or instructions carefully...
When I signed up with the Imperial edition, I never got my explorers pack pr pledge of mara perk(s).
I scoured these forums and I deduced that there was a bug and the elder scrolls people were working on them and eventually, I'd get them...
I read about a lot of peopel who didn't get them... people were complaining... I figured that I was in the same boat as they were.
A week later, I saw I had a message in my mailbox... the mailbox under the social tab...
I checked the message and it was an email from elder scrolls... back on the day I signed up/bought it...
Apparently, you don't get the maps or mara perks until you receive an open that email.
Additionally, if you want to share the maps between characters, you need to store them in the bank... took me a while to figure out, but everyone gets a bank account where you can store up to 60 items...
