Not sure if anyone has come across this, however I have one character that seems completely unable to jump. No matter where. Its actually holding me up from completing a quest/delve now in the tomb of ancient kings in glenumbra. All other characters on my account can jump. I've relogged. I've quit the game. I've died numerous times. I've tried taking off my gear. I've reset my xbox. Nothing seems to be able to fix it. I've also submitted a support ticket though I am curious if anyone else has ran into this?
