Latest development, aparentely the problem is that i alreeady had an eso account that i linked with the game and ps4.
Should have created a new account to link with game and ps4 when i started playing...

A friend has the same problem, and he also had an eso account setup before the launch
He also bought crowns from the ps store, he wanted the new mount, was charged but never got them
