Sneak attack vs Critical

A sneak attack, lets say snipe, count as critical always or is just a bigger normal attack? Or sneak attack could be normal and critical as any other attack? Meaning, Crit Damage will increase dmg from stealth?

I'm pretty sure when sneakng your crit chance is 100%. Very damage should be about 150% and higher, pending on passives.
When you are not sneaking your crit chance is no longer 100%.

A successful attack from stealth (using an egligible ability) is much stronger than a regular crit.
