The role I want to be is a tank healer. My race is Imperial and my class is Templar. I know I need to focus on magicka regen, but it's only at 1.7k. Also how should my weapons look? Should I have sword and board along with a restoration staff? I'm currently using heavy armor with the seducer set. How should my enchants be? I have magicka regen on my jewlry. Should those be reduce spell cost instead? Also what about champion point distribution? This is mostly for PvP.

You will also need to push stamina regen a bit,
Most tanking involves blocking and blocking costs stamina,
I have a breton tanklar and i have put most skill points into stamina and stamina regen as the breton has enough magicka regen and pool.
I use a Sword and board and a 2H weapon, I don't use resto staff,
I run 5 hundings rage and some magnus.
