Sitting on the oraboros screen for about an hour and counting

I've been sitting on the oraboros screen for about an hour. Longer if you include the times I have backed out quit the game restarted cleared the cashe and ect nothing works the game starts up fine then when it gets to the very first screen it says press A I press A then the words disappear and I just sit at the screen doing nothing forever kind of annoying

SLy_Kyti✭✭✭✭Only wait. fifteen minutes maximum. Sometimes the servers have an error in receiving you. Relaunching works. Unless its Cyrodiil. Then...well, then you wait for 30 minutes or go play Witcher3Master Crafter: Almost all motifs
