Played PS4 Thornblade yesterday -- Suggestions for changes and ramblings

My room-mate has a ps4, and so we decided to port my toons to PS4. I have two alliance rank 17-18 toons on PC, so I have a fair amount of experience. I played PVP for the first time yesterday for about 6hrs. I would like to provide some suggestions for the console PVP teams, as I see many changes that need to be made quickly:

Reduce the cost of wood and stone repair kits for non vet players. Make the cost scale with the player’s level.

Fix the frame rate drop when using skills very quickly

Reduce the siege damage for vet toons vs non-vet toons

Increase the radius of area chat significantly, and make it easier to mute abusive speakers

Zone chat is a must and must be figured out; or something must be done to improve the faction-wide communication methods

Bind break-free to one button

Give the people a way to track AP earnings: D-tick, O-tick, per-kill, etc

Increase XP earned in Cryodil for non-vet toons

Reduce the cost of soul gems from the Cryodil vendors

Provide some type of combat log (DPS meter, HPS meter, etc)

Scale V1-V13 better, they are far more squishy than a lvl 10, which makes no logical sense.

Improve the quality of area & group chat. Why does the PS4 group party chat sound so much clearer?

Show wall damage as a percent, not a difficult to interrupt bar.

All in all, the ps4 PVP experience is pretty awesome. If you'd never played PC before, you wouldn't realize what you're missing. PS4 pvp had lag problems just like the PC version does, except they didn't seem to be server side, it was more hardware side. When I began to attack a target, weaving quickly, the FPS would drop to like (guess) 20 fps, but it didn't happen when my roommate played (at least noticeably better). Sorc port was great, and never failed to work once, like it does so frequently on PC.

The scaling wasn't bad for non-vet enemy toons, but any vet lower than a 12 or so seemed to just melt. With my experience playing I could take on 20-30 enemies at a time, but my roommate would struggle with more than 2. You could tell he had an advantage 1v1, but it wasn't big enough for the fights to be easy to him. When I played, it was like being Emp on PC x300.

At one point I was running (porting) from a group of 20-30 EP who had 2 v14s with them. I happened to run past Glade which was under siege. You could hear the area chat going crazy. There was more people chasing me then siege-ing the keep was the jist of it; It was hilarious. After I spread them out and killed probably 100 of them, I remembered the oh mighty D-tick... The other DC were gone, I couldn't tell them to come back, and it felt dirty as we collected 10k D-ticks one after the other. In roughly 6hrs of game play we earned close to 300k AP, playing solo or with 1 other person.

Yes, PS4 ESO PVP is great right now, but it's only because most people haven't a clue about what to do. I fear the day a real team is born that spams purge/healing springs...

Can't wait to get back on PC tonight! Yesterday was the first day I haven't PVP'ed in ESO on PC in probably 3 months. And I miss it already.
