Question about Imperial Bundle

Sorry if this is found simply elsewhere, but I need a clarification, please:
If I purchase the Imperial Bundle, do I get the mount that comes with it once for my account, or is it a per-character deal. If it is per-character, would it include already-made characters?
I tried so hard to get the physical Imperial Edition in pre-order but found out too late about the game.
Thank you in advance for any help.

The Crown Store Imperial Bundle is bound to your account on whichever server you purchase it on. So specifically for the mount, you will get that mount for all characters on that server.

Just so you know, you will get the mount across all characters on that server, but the stats of the mount are per character. So if you start training your riding skills (in stamina, capacity or speed) the mount will ONLY have those stats on that character. If you make another character, you will need to train your riding skill on the toon to get the better stats.

The stats are actually attached to the character, so if in the future you choose to purchase another mount (crown store or in game stable), that mount will have any stats you trained in already. (since the stats are actually part of the character, not the mount)

Thanks, I recognize your name from some guides I watched on fishing, etc. Appreciate the info.
