My top two are DKs and Templars, both 2H stamina builds. I personally know those two classes the best and have always had the highest survivability with them. Both have very good burst heals, giving them high self sustainability, and both can achieve very high DPS.

A typical rotation for either would be:

Green Dragon Blood (DK) -> Stampede -> Wrecking Blow or Biting Jabs (Templar) -> Reverse Slice -> Repentance (Templar)

Spam Wrecking Blow or Biting Jabs if you need to add damage, then Reverse Slice to finish them when health gets to around 25%. GDB for the DK gives higher health and stam regen during combat, and Repentance for the Templar gives you free health and stam from the bodies after combat.

The biggest advantage for 2H, though, is Brawler. It gives you a damage shield, that increases in strength for each enemy you hit. I've literally had 0% armor, spammed Brawler on a swarm of enemies, and lost no health whatsoever. A Brawler spam in the face of Craglorn size mobs makes you pretty much invincible. I've soloed public dungeons using nothing but that for the trash pulls, and then the previously mentioned 2H rotation for single target. Hell, just yesterday, I soloed a wave of enemies in Hel Ra (Honestly not bragging, it just happened because everyone else died. I was nervous and freaking out, fingers jittery, the entire time.)

The only thing you might worry about is stamina, but DKs can get increased regen and Templars can Repentance dead bodies, hence why I like those two classes. Endgame, VR14, 20k health is your goal, with food running. Everything else, and I mean everything, should go into stamina. Do that, and you'll be fine.

Armor, passives and stats pla can you do this in full light armor? I d like to level a healer templar and would be nice if i can have one bar dedicated to soloing. But i plan use full light armor and put all stats to magicka

my "A" bar (if running 1h/shield) is 1 (Q) - puncturing sweep, 2- reflective light, 3 (E) - blazing spear, 4 (F) - blazing shield, 5 (R) - maglight and i run either crescent sweep (i switched to empowering recently cus i had to tank some stuff) or dawnbreaker of smiting (for ultimates) depending on how frisky i'm feeling.

my secondary bar has all my self buffs, heals and flavour skills i might wanna have on their (like shooting star for the lulz). i keep entropy on their and that's the first spell i cast when engaging a pack for the 20% spell damage boost.

EDIT: i generally only wear 1h/shield and 5 heavy when fighting really tough mobs. always swapping to bar 2 to maybe put on some rapid generation or other heals.

while grinding my last few vet levels, i used DW+full light as DW gives the most spell damage currently.
