1H&S With bow or 2H

I'm really not sure about this one, I'm a DK red gaurd and also a tank, and I have spent my time tanking but I have recently unlocked quick swap and I wanted to know if it would be more efficient to to use the 1H&S for single targets and small groups and the 2H for multiple enemies, or to use the 1H&S for all up close targets and to use the bow for kiting in cyrodiil ??

Really need some advice.

At your lvl, you have plenty of time to do both. I personally love my DK S&B/2H

Will I have enough skill points to fully optimise all three with abilities ?

You can always respec. I have done it many times just playing with my build. My main has 74 unused points. Though I do not craft with him.

In PvE, I'd recommend 1h/shield + 2h, use the 2hander for tanking large groups of weak enemies via spamming brawler, burning talons, and fiery breath with momentum/rally active.

In PvP, if you dont have a bow, you're not going to be very useful (unless you happen to be wearing a dress and holding a big stick). I've had far too many situations where melee combat was simply not possible in pvp: archers on keep walls, npc guards keeping you at a distance, choke points with defensive siege equipment being used against you, or trying to defend a keep from the walls.
In all of those situations, a stamina build needs a bow for range
