Power Overload—sweet, but too short?

Whenever I use this ability, it seems to—forgive the pun—be over in a flash. Unmorphed, the duration was drastically longer. Is this a bug, or am I missing something?

✭✭✭✭✭Overload is one of those things that is really useful if you tend to build up a 1000 points or more on your Ultimate before you get around to using it. If your play style is such that you build up the 200 or so ultimate then use that, Overload is not that good an Ultimate to use.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
