Ok, I know that this may be in the known issues thread, but I have only found 1 thread like the one that I am posting right now. I have 2 profiles on my Xbox. My profile did not pre order the game. My brothers profile did. So when I logged into the game, I got nothing from the dlc packs because I had preorder the game that comes with them. My brother did and he was the one to purchase it. I have contacted support and Xbox support. Eso support says it is given to the account that purchased it. Xbox thinks it is like what eso had said. All I want to know is if one profile had purchased the dlc packs that come along with the game, will all profiles be able to use them.
