I bought 3 Crown Motif Races packs( Store has my money) but never received the Dominion race pack?

As it is in the Title, I bought all the 500 crown ( price ) Crown Motif packs for all 9 Races and NEVER received the Dominion pack. Many times in a row i tried to request help on PS4 in the Help section under Customer service and everytime i submitted my Ticket it said Error and it did not go threw. Who do i have to call or what do i have to do to get what i all ready paid for?????

Warrior_VyktorSoul ShrivenEdit its not just the Dominion Pack, i am missing 2 races from the Dominion pack. Its also the Pact pack that is missing 1 race. new to this forum could not find a way to edit my original post

Warrior_VyktorSoul ShrivenFor get this post contacted Sony and apparently ESO is having a lot of problems, and Sony support said ALOT OF PROBLEMS, and that my problem is just the tip of the ice berg.
