Refining templar build. Thoughts and opinions

Exactly what it says on the tin. I've been at this for a few hours. and this is what I have come up with.

PVE/PVP solo
1: Toppling charge
2: Pierce armor
3: Puncturing sweep
4: Heroic slash
5: Ritual of rebirth(swap with honor the dead in PVP for faster healing)
Ultimate: Solar disturbance

PVE group(dungeons etc)
1: Pierce armor
2: Heroic slash
3: Radiant ward
4: Defensive stance
5: Blazing spear(for trash)
Ultimate: Empowering sweep

Stats
H30/S10/M22
Armor:7/7 heavy
Race: Imperial

well here is what I have came up with. I'd like to hear your thoughts on this skill set up. I am more used to being a DPS rather than a tank so was wondering if this kind of set up would work is all.

Remember you have two weapon bars. Your PvE tanking bar is pretty nice but you definitely need another one that includes Inner Fire, Channelled Focus and maybe Breath of Life and Repentance.

For your soloing bar, don't use Ritual of Rebirth or Honour the Dead. The only healing skill you ever want or need is Breath of Life. Honour the Dead may be more useful when you're completely alone (which may be the case in solo PvE, but solo PvE is mind-numbingly easy anyway), but you rarely are and Honour the Dead will easily go to someone else without healing you at all. With Breath of Life you'd almost always get at least a side heal if you need it. Healing Ritual and its morphs are the worst skills in the game hands-down, never ever use them.
