2 hand / sword&shield dk tank here - Need help with last boss of vet fungal grotto

Well, as you can see in my title i'm pure melee, but this boss requieres ranged attacks. My guild group was pretty nooby, so nobody was angry at me, but i still feel me horrible. The only thing which i can could do was the ranged undauted taunt, blocking and rezzing dead teammates.
Is there any ranged stam damage skill which i could use?

I never leveled bow and since i'm vet 14, with all quests already done leveling it would take a very long time.

In addition to the above mentioned, You could also help your group by using fighters guild circle of protection and undaunted bone surge effectively letting your healer do more dps - they are likely to have a staff and some nuke on their bar and stats that favour dps more than tank's.

I don't recommend this. The last boss hits extremely hard with her light attacks and you need to mitigate as much damage as possible when she is shooting at you.

The more you mitigate, the less your healer has to worry about healing you and the more he can focus on DpS.

What I would recommend is just grabbing a random bow or a staff before going to a place like this and just use light attacks... It's better than nothing and you won't feel stupid standing around doing nothing. They gotta remember that you are not a DPS, your job is only to hold taunt here and do some tiny damage with some ranged weapon. What else could you do?
Use some protecting/healing abilities i.e. circle of protection, igneous shield, bone shield etc. aswell.
I'm in the exact same position (1h shield/2h dk tank), and that's what I do in bosses like this (Fungal, Darkshade).

The growing black circles on the ground appear when the boss teleports to each player. You and your party members are in control of where these black circles are placed. As the tank, you are also in control of where the boss is standing. If you are too far away from her or she can not see you, she will move. It is possible to make sure she is not standing anywhere near the black circles so folks can melee. This may require some group coordination but should not require ranged attacks. Use little corners and fence posts to obstruct her line of sight and use the length of the room to your advantage. Make sure everyone is on the same page so that the black circles do not get spread out everywhere and of course be ready to cluster up to get healed. It shouldn't be too hard to find people to practice with who do not enjoy the fact that they're told they "need to use ranged".

My pocket tank just holds ranged agro and puts on a resto staff to spam healing springs for an off-heal. Drop circle of protection. Basically help provide whatever utility you can. That boss hits hard and its much appreciated.
