I am low lvl, 12, and every mob of same lvl see me from afar when i try to sneak from side, front and sometimes even back.... How this will be at endgame?
Theres someway to improve this?
I am not a bosmer or khajiit.

You are low level. I assume if your stealth level gets higher it will make it harder to be detected. However, there are skills to turn invisible

medium armor will help, with the passives.

but... sneak from behind or you'll be detected

Stealth is different in ESO than it was in previous Elderscrolls games. In Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim you could sneak around folks, front, back and sideways and not be seen / detected if you had 100 sneak skill.

In ESO everyone can sneak and modifiers are based on armor, class and racial passives. I don't know that there are any modifiers for level. If you are sneaky stabby type you might like Nightblade class with Cloak skill to help you move around unseen by timing Dark Cloak casts while in stealth.

Yeah, to be the best at sneaking you need full medium armor with the passives and the racial passive "sneaky". This will reduce the range you're detected. You can test it too by sneaking up on something from the front.

You won't be able to sneak attack from the front though, and even with these passives you won't get that close anyway from the front or side.
