Need help .Every time i press play in the main menue of teso o have a minute before the game crashes

After it crashed i get back to the menue of the xbox one .It would be nice if u can help me.

    Have you done a hard reset of your console yet? Hold your finger over power button until the console turns off. Then start it back up and see if it's still crashing for you.

    this cant be avoided until the fix the server stress lol. since its the afternoon everyone is trying to play now

    Yeas i did a hard reset and i reinstalled it but it does bot work.

    Van it be caused by the failire of the xbox that the teredo ip can not be found ?
