add on to keep hot key's visible?

is there a add on to keep hot keys for skills visible at all times?

or can u change this in game? if so can you please explain...in stupid dumb people terminology lolz cause im not as gifted as the rest of yous....greatly appreciated

you can set it always visible
setting -interface - Heads-up display - action bar - always show

You can't do add-ons on consoles, unless something has changed that I am unaware of.

Yes you can do it for console version too. Just go into your options and set your bars to "Always" show.
