DK Bow Molton Armaments

Hey Guys, First post on here, After a lot of searching, i have not seen a lot of talks about the new molton armaments with DK archers after 1.6

im a new player, never played pc and just started on PS4 last night. I was wondering is it even possible making a DK archer. This game is touted as you can play any class any way you want. My preference is to play an archer but not like traditional Stealthy gank-1 hit archers.

so i started looking at classes. i noticed that the sorc had some self buff critical surge that increases weapon skill dmg. considering that would buff all my bow attacks.

i looked at DK with the molton armor, buff is only 8 sec so i imagine i could only get in 2 attacks since it seems heavy attacks take 4 sec to perform. plus bow has aoe morph that does aoe fire so it would beneift form aoe damage increase from DK passive

the question is, am i kidding myself or can i even accomplish these things.

if i go sorc, id basically only have my racial as increase stamina/regen for bow dmg because sorc passives all help magical stuff.

if i go dk, will stealthing in pvp and buffing molton armaments before doing heavy attack viable too? will it hit hard? harder than snipe? or should i just use snipe?

anyone recommend any other synergies to either the sorc or dk archer? Id like to see if i can play something that isn't nb crit snip stun stealth build.

considering i've never played PC nor have i gotten a guy past level 4 yet, id just like to see if can make a fun archer with either dk or sorc? and if so, has anyone else done it and give some tips?

    Just a note this currently procs off of "not fully charged" heavy attacks. So you get the damage scaling from "medium" attacks too. Basically holding your attack button for just a split second before letting go.

    There are passive that increase the length of the skills. DKs have a similar skill to Mages to buff Crits, and it also spits fireballs from time to time.

    However, that being said, Molten was changed 1.6 to only work with Light or Heavy Attacks and not Skill Attacks too. And i have not put it back on my bar since. I am not sure I would put a point back into it at a respec.

    Anyway, it was not the skill that made the class, but it was a nice skill to use.

    Molten is still used in min/max Mag DK builds (at least). Not sure about stam builds. But yeah molten armaments and molten whip provide 60% of the damage in these heavy hitting builds. very good skill to have still.

    Just wait till you get hit in the face from a 2h +Molten armaments with heavy attack = 50k dmg

    but how realistic is it?

    can you apply molton armaments in stealth? and with only 8 sec buff you can get off maybe 2-3 heavy attacks? wouldn't the player just block after first one hits?
