Damage dealing add on? (Like Diablo system)

Hello,
I like using addons and I wondered, is there an add on that shows how much damage I am dealing and maybe taking?
I am unsure what I would call it so when I am searching, I really do not know what I am searching for with a name.
If you played Diablo 3, then you will know that when you are attacking... On the screen a bunch of numbers show up when attacking telling you how much damage you are dealing, where and how... I am wondering is there something like that for this game and maybe even damage taken too.
Would be cool to see that in this game but I do not know where it would be... The same for graphics enhancement for AMD... Not nvidia.
