Why bullet after a NB cloack bypass my reflective scale?

Ok i try to explain again. If a nightblade use cloak (all 2 morphs) and shot a lethal arrow (For example) on me while cloak is active my reflective scale (i'm dk) don't work and don't reflet the arrow back.

In which order NB does it? I think cloak, snipe should be reflected because any ability ends cloak. But snipe, cloak is interesting. Snipe has delay and immediately casted cloak means that reflect loses it's target making the reflect to fail. IIRC DK can snipe, reflect and reflecting a reflect forces the snipe to hit.

Order is cloack and then snipe/heavy attack/reach/etc...
If a nightblade use cloack before cast one ranged abilities, it bypass reflecting scale and can not be reflected. If you see the last sypher nb video you see he use cloack and then fire a bow heavy Attack. Ever if he use this combo on a dk with flappyflap active no arrow come back to him.

I cloak med fight to get a Snipe Stun so I would have seen this happen I know if I cloak after seeing my addons report no damage/ power reflected cloak stops the single target lock it comes back it just misses

cloak allows the NB to dodge ranged projectiles when cast, even if its reflected back i believe

Ok but if a nb shot a ranged projectilel while he is cloaking my reflective scale don't reflect and i take damage.

that just can't happen the second you do any damage after Cloaking the Cloak breaks

It might be caused by the reflect mechanics, if the NB was invisible or is invisible when the projectile is about to be reflected, there won't be a target, so there is nothing for the projectile to be reflected back to.
