Bought ESO plus this morning, and after waiting more than 12 hours I still have not received my crowns. Any help with this?

Try logging out of the game and in again. Wait 24 hours. It's launch day guys, keep in mind things might just take some more time than usual.
Contact Customer Support (Sony and Microsoft, because that's where you bought your stuff) if you don't have your crowns then.
