Stam potion Bug- When will it get fixed????

I searched for any thread on this topic and found none. I have reported this bug in game many of times now, still no word on a fix.
The bug which I am talking about and most stam users use this to their advantage is the fact a person can use both a normal VR1 or VR5 stam potion and imediatley afterward use a potion of weapon crit. You get all the benifits of both potions at the same time, including 40% stam regen total. It does not work on any other potions, i tried the magika with the spell power and all other potions have a CD like they are supposed to.
When will this get fixed?

Darklord_Tiberius✭✭✭✭The normal VR1 and VR5 stam potions, dropped or buyable at merchants. Go try it, last time I checked its still broken. Its like the bug is either on the CD of the Stam potion or the bug is on the weapon crit potion and doesn't register that a stam potion is already on.0

The buffs don't stack, which I didn't think they would
Pretty much you can use any potion in the game it looks like..Then use the Weapon Crit one afterward.
Interesting thing is Argonians actually get their bonus from both uses heh
