He means you're boosting only those skills on Bow tree which do Poison Damage. And in order to do that, you need to choose the right morphs. But keep in mind that you, actually, want to do that, because you'll eventually stack this damage increase with Morag Tong set (which gives additional +15% Poison Damage). It's just your way to go.

Mighty buffs how ever will buff four bow power of you keep the physical damage and buff all the damage from the Dual Wield, Two Handed and One Hand and Shield.
With your ultimate scaling from your biggest pools if you're a stamina build a magic buff is a waste unless, you run a hybrid build and a significant portion of your damage is magic outside of your ultimate.

Uhm, hold a second, this tread states diferent: http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/171147/trial-bow-dps#latest
Really confused now, spell penetration to boost Lethal Arrow ???!!!
Can som body confirm with testings? Would be much apreciated.
Ok, so to sum up:
- Lethal Arrow/ Poison Arrow / Poison Injection scales of:
Weapon power.
Weapon crit.
Stamina.
Thaumaturge CP (0 dmg increase with Migthy CP)
Spell penetration.
So its damage its mitigated with poison resistance and, surprise surprise, Spell Resist... WTF !!!! I fire an arrow coated in posion and its mitigated by spell resist instead of armor ??!!!!
Totally weird that stamina skills scale with spell penetration, now i understand why my LA/PA make so low damage to some players, yes, you guesed it, Nirhorned.
@ZOS_GinaBruno can we, please, get a look/word into this?
Those skills should scale with Armor Penetration, and, the Migthy Champion Point should also increase its damage ( its a physical attack, an arrow !!!!, not a spell)
Its really frustrating that some game mechanics work against any logic and in an obscure way leaving players confused and having to respec and adapt gear hundreds of times.
And please, an official guide with detailed information would be of inmense value to contribute to the health of the game... So much potential and resources wasted makes me sad.
I fail to see reason in leaving the best damage set bonus in the whole game and pretend it doesn't exist. However, some will always try, because why to improve if you can choose to suck.kendellking_chaosb14_ESO wrote: »Yes it's great if you run a Poison build with Tong cause Morag Tong is awesome, but out side of that no
