Wich Champion skills actualy Work?

after discovering mighty does not seem to effect my damage or show up any where in my stats I wounder what else does not work.
30 points should have done something.
Is there a list of working skills?

theres a champion skill to summon a witch cool

in all honesty its a bug it should be fixed "soon"

@grimscalrwb17_ESO if possible you might want to change "Witch" in the title to "Which", and if you can't play it off like you meant to do a play on words thinking it would grab peoples attention more.

Hay armour, spell pen seem to work with spell resistance increase shows in stats.

I'm certainly hoping this is fixed soon too, it's a pain trying to spend the points wisely when pretty much none of them actual function as stated.
