[BUG] Mist form exploit

How long has this one been around now? Can we get a fix soon @ZoS ?

@ZoS, like me, is probably still waiting for PROOF this so-called Mist Form Exploit even exists. I've tested Mist Form extensively, and all it does is get you killed slower. You can't regen or attack or do anything in Mist Form except run... what's the point? If you want full immunity from damage, all you need is to re-roll as Bosmer Nightblade, stack Stamina Regen and wear 5 pcs. of the Crusader Set for infinite dodge roll!

I've seen three players I can't focus, who take very very poor damage on aoe (no damage over other attack because no one can focus them) and who can attack us freely. We have killed two of them with four ballista shot at the same time, with less they survive and heal themselves. And they are totally immune to controls (streak, encase, talons…).
So, this bug seem to allow some players to have only the bonus from mist form without the malus.

A recent thread that mentioned this bug and discussed suspected exploiters, without naming names, was deleted without a trace. Because of this, I reckon the bug is real and can actually be exploited, and I suspect this thread is also moribund.

I honestly forgot how it is pulled off, but it was explained several times to the Devs during closed beta (PTS) so they should know how it is done.
